Who We Are

We’re a family owned and operated agency that delivers broad and flexible insurance and risk management solutions in Western North Carolina.  We’ve served individuals, families, and businesses with attention to detail and personalized services since 1984 and we are fully committed to giving each client the greatest value.  We adapt each of our many programs to the needs of individual clients and we closely monitor existing policies.  Combined with staying in touch with clients after reviews, we ensure that coverage is always current and that insurance investments are optimal.

Our insurance program offerings are vast and diverse and are helped by our close and longstanding partnerships with different insurance carriers.  These partnerships allow us to ‘shop’ on your behalf for the right coverage.  On the personal side we offer home, auto, life, and a host of other programs.  For commercial insurance we have business, contractors, and construction programs that offer virtually any enterprise every opportunity to stay fully protected for the right price.  

One of our goals is to develop longstanding relationships with clients.  We do this by providing education and extensive other services that are completely individualized.  Risk and claims management are among these services and full availability is one of these services as well.  Being fully available means that we can be reached when needed and can help clients with whatever they need, whether it's answering a question, changing coverage, and/or resolving an issue.
